Report malfunctions

The operator must report malfunctions to APOC by calling 425-6200 with a brief description of the malfunction and its location, as well as information on where the operator is working. If it is urgent to respond immediately to the malfunction, APOC will dispatch a response team; otherwise, the indication will be assessed based on the terms of the operator's agreement to determine whether Isavia will respond to the notification.
