Goods Reception

All goods/products must go through the goods reception. Suppliers deliver goods to the goods reception, and operators collect their goods at the same location.

The goods reception is open:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM
  • Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

The goods reception is located on the west side of the North Building, see the overview map.

Delivery drivers must be able to provide the name of the owner of the goods and the contact number for the owner's representative. The owner will receive a phone notification from the staff in the goods reception when the goods have arrived. It is expected that shipments are picked up as soon as possible.
