Threatening behavior or threats to flight safety
If a passenger exhibits threatening behavior, makes physical or verbal threats, engages in violence, causes property damage, or is clearly under the influence of drugs and unfit to travel, immediately call 112 and request assistance. This applies both within and outside the restricted areas of the airport. Operators should report theft to the police at 444 2200.
If operators become aware of an incident that could potentially endanger flight safety or the safety of passengers, they must contact 112. Assistance from APOC can also be requested, as APOC is responsible for handling requests to escort passengers off the restricted areas and assisting operators with passenger-related issues. APOC's contact number is 425 6200.
