Staff Catering

Isavia's staff catering, Víkin, is located in two places. On the 3rd floor of the main terminal building, above the arrivals hall, and in Ellukot, which is opposite the airport service building.

Most external parties, as well as contractors working at the airport, can arrange access to Víkin and Ellukot. To apply for access, it is best to send an email to stefan.karlsson@isavia.is.

Víkin is open every day of the week, offering lunch between 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM and dinner between 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM. Ellukot is only open for lunch from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM.

The opening hours of the catering service are subject to the terms in effect at any given time. The opening hours and menu of the catering service are advertised on the Workplace group "Víkin - Keflavik Airport." The service provider reserves the right to change opening hours without prior notice.

The price for each meal is 2750 ISK excluding VAT. Prices are updated every November and take effect on January 1st of the following year. Price changes will be sent by email to the contract contact.

The meal consists of a fresh salad bar, daily soup or a similar option, homemade bread, and the main dish of the day. Coffee, fruits, and dessert are also included occasionally.

Guests pay for their meal at the self-checkout station at the entrance to both Víkin and Ellukot. It is also possible to add guest registrations, which will be charged to the relevant employee or company.

The company's contact person has access to PowerBi reports to analyze monthly invoices for the total consumption of the respective company and can track the number of meals per employee on specific days. The service provider issues a monthly invoice for the service and charges for the period from the 16th to the 15th of each month.
